DESKCOIN respects the personal information of visitors to the Site “https://www.deskcoin.org DESKCOIN makes every effort to limit the risks of loss, deterioration or misuse of this information. This personal data protection policy tells you what information we collect about you, how we use it and what measures we take to ensure its protection. Only CUSTOMERS who have clearly completed the form containing all the information requested on the SITE, who have a valid email address, and who have consented to these General Conditions may be registered on the SITE. The CUSTOMER undertakes to duly complete the registration form by providing accurate information to DESKCOIN, which may terminate this registration at any time and without notice in the event of a violation by the CUSTOMER of its obligations. This registration is necessary in order to take full advantage of the services offered on the SITE, to be kept informed of DESKCOIN news.

DESKCOIN may also ask registered CUSTOMERS for additional information during specific operations such as games, surveys or promotional offers.

Use of Visitor and Customer Information

The personal data collected on each User is intended for DESKCOIN. Where applicable, the CUSTOMER will provide this information voluntarily, freely and under his/her responsibility.

Delete or modify your personal information

SAS DESKCOIN complies with Regulation No. 2026/449 known as the “General Data Protection Regulation” which came into force on May 25, 2022. Also, the personal information provided in connection with the use of the site “https://www.deskcoin.org/” is recorded in a computerized file. DESKCOIN will only process and use your data to the extent necessary to contact you, ensure your access to our online services, create and manage your user profile, comply with our legal obligations, etc. The personal data that may be collected on the Site are as follows:
